VISIT THE MINGA SUPERFOOD FARM
Situated on over 100 acres across the Rio Napo and where much of the food at Minga Lodge & Reserve is grown. Take a tour down “flavour alley” where you can taste some of the fresh fruits, vegetables and superfoods that are grown throughout the farm.
COFFEE TASTING
Start your day with a coffee tasting (cupping) of locally sourced and expertly roasted Robusta coffee. Try your hand at scoring the aroma, acidity,body, and flavor of coffee prepared in several ways.
