160 km north of the capital Quito, in the heart of the Andes of Ecuador, POLYLEPIS LODGE is a private reserve at 3581 meters above sea level, which, through ecotourism, preserves the last millennial Polylepis forest in the world.

In addition, the Frailejón, an endemic plant of the El Ángel Ecological Reserve, provides a unique scenic beauty of the Ecuadorian highlands, where these two unique yet different ecosystems coexist in the same place.

In this beautiful reserve lies our hotel, POLYLEPIS LODGE, a luxury hotel featuring panoramic rooms with direct views of nature. Each room has a private jacuzzi for an unforgettable experience, a restaurant, a spa (box baths, sauna, Turkish bath, polar pool, panoramic jacuzzi with hydromassage), and a special relaxation space with a large fireplace and coffee service. Spectacular tours will allow visitors to delve into this wonderful ecosystem where they will visit waterfalls, lagoons, rivers, and endemic flora and fauna. The highest swing in Ecuador, healing and purification rituals, mystical legends, and a number of other activities will ensure a dream stay.

“A place for nature lovers.”
